As soon as you leave your feel-good oasis, the discovery tour through your neighborhood begins. At Königsplatz you will find everything you need every day - and much more: here you can meet for lunch or dinner in one of the numerous restaurants or go shopping on the central shopping mile.
Joggers and keen walkers are spoilt for choice: do I run directly along the Fulda and enjoy the water or head further out towards Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe and marvel at the breathtaking view over the city of Kassel from the Herkules. What should you definitely not miss? Take a look at our tips.

How to reach us
It is not possible to drive directly to the door by car, as the entrance to the Hood House is located in a pedestrian street, Poststraße 1. You can drive to Mauerstraße and park in one of the two parking garages CityPoint or Kurfürstengalerie.
Parking - just around the corner!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you our own parking spaces in the middle of Kassel, but of course we have researched the best parking options in the immediate vicinity for you. On the way to us, you can drive to Mauerstraße and use one of the two parking garages CityPoint or Kurfürstengalerie:
Kurfürstengalerie parking garage - Mauerstraße 11, 34117 Kassel (walking distance 100m from the property)
Costs: 16 € per day
Parking garage CityPoint - Hedwigstraße 1, 34117 Kassel (walking distance 100m from the object)
Costs: 20 € per day
Train station:
If you are traveling by train, we recommend that you get off at Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe station. From Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe station you can take the streetcar to Königsplatz.
Streetcar: The following streetcar lines stop at Königsplatz: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Lines 1, 3 and 4 come from Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe station.
