The Hood House is the fifth serviced apartments project of the SICON Group, which by now is offering approximately 750 apartments for a wide variety of target groups and living requirements.
Modern, independent design and high Comfort of living were particularly important to the team around Holger Siegel, the managing partner of the SICON Group, who develops and operates the Hood House. Planning and construction were in the hands of SICON architect Heike Ochs, who was supported by interior decorator Sibylle von Heyden and the furniture store Clic. This team is jointly responsible for the design concept of the Hood House and in doing so, has resorted to high-quality furniture and accessories from well-known design brands such as COR, Rolf Benz or Artemide, but also to the work of local carpenters, steelworkers and artisans. Wallpapers and carpets specially designed for the project make the feeling of living in the Hood House complete and unmistakable.

SVAAdish opens its second branch in Hamburg
We are looking forward to Ravneet Kaur Muhar and her team with authentic Indian street food in an urban atmosphere. SVAAdish is Hindi and means "delicious". It is standing It stands for tasty Indian dishes combining tradition and innovation. Among the classics such as curry or biryani, there are many other specialties from different regions on the menu - a culinary journey through India. Traditional kitchen with love for spicy details and a very special twist. In addition, the offer is supplemented by weekly or monthly changing seasonal offers and the extensive exotic cocktail menu is quite legendary as well.

The new breakfast spot in Hamburg - not just for hotel guests, but for the whole neighborhood. In summer, the huge terrace invites you to linger and enjoy. Coffees from all over the world are processed with passion by the baristas.
Another special thing above all the fantastic baked goods is the amazing scent all over the place! Early in the morning, bread and pastries are freshly baked in Stellingen according to original recipes. Be sure to try the Wienerbrød or the irresistible cardamom knots. Homemade sandwiches, salads, fresh juices and lemonades complete the offer.
